Stress-Free Living

Holistic Healing & Wellness

Stress Free Living is a personalized wellness practice focused on helping individuals calm their nervous system, release built-up stress and reconnect with the present moment. Each journey begins with a stress test designed to understand where a person’s patience, tension, and stress responses currently stand.

Based on these results, a customized plan is created using proven stress-release techniques, including primordial sound meditation, therapeutic practices, and guided deep-breathing exercises. These methods are designed to help release stored energy, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of balance and calm.

At Stress Free Living, the focus goes beyond temporary relief. Clients are taught practical tools they can use in daily life to remain present, grounded, and mindful. The goal is to empower individuals to manage stress on their own, cultivate awareness, and experience life with greater clarity and ease.

About Adrianne

IMG_3623.PNG

I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and bring a strong clinical and holistic background to my work. I am a Certified Medical Assistant and EKG Technician with hands-on experience providing private, in-home care to post–heart attack patients, where I focus on compassionate, detail-oriented support and overall patient well-being. I have also operated an in-home private practice, offering personalized care tailored to each individual’s physical and emotional needs.

Previously, I worked at Sibley Memorial Hospital on the psychiatric unit as a Psychiatric Technician supporting patients with mental health needs in a clinical hospital setting. This experience strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate with empathy, and support individuals during vulnerable moments.

In addition to my medical training, I am trained in Primordial Sound Meditation through Deepak Chopra at University of Oxford in England. The integration of  medical and mind–body approach allows me to incorporate mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques that support emotional resilience.
